My signal is around 100 MHz +/- 200 kHz. Can it still divide the signal
appropriately ? Also as far as I understand, I can choose the factor of
division from 2-32, meaning I can divide also with a factor of 10 with
this device ? I have the same question about HMC705LP4

Answer
Yes , can use HMC394LP4 and HMC705LP4 for 100MHz input. 200 kHz offset does not matter here because this is only 0.2% compare to 100MHz.
HMC394LP4 can divide input frequency to 2,3,4,5…10.32.
HMC705LP4 can divide input frequency to 1,2,3 …10… 17.
