As of 5/20/26, the latest GMSL SerDes GUI release is v1.6.2. When connecting certain GMSL EV kits, you may see a pop‑up recommending a firmware update from v4.59 to v4.60.

However, firmware v4.60 is not included in GUI v1.6.2. The newest available firmware in this release is v4.59.

Firmware v4.59 operates normally and does not cause any issues, so you can safely click “No” on the update prompt and continue using the EV kits with v4.59 until a newer version is released.
