Question: Is the AD9246S IC package top lid, internally grounded? or floating?
For a satellite application we would like confirmation if the top lid of the AD9246S CQFP48 package is grounded or left floating?

A portion of our space packages are a ceramic lid but those are noted as Cerpack typically, where as this package is a BBFP (Bottom Brazed Flat Pack) It means It should have a metal lid. Even if a part has a metal lid that does not guarantee that it is internally grounded so it is always good to ask or test yourself if you are able to.
